gave great customer service and a awesome tasting pizza...very pleased...she was very polite and cheerful...my 1st time eating at chanello's in Williamsburg and will be back to visit again ...thanks to Heather she was awesome

Their pizza is quite good - I recommend light sauce but regular cheese, however regular sauce regular cheese is good as well. Where they really excel is the price: you can get a small pizza (pictured) for $5! A bit better taste than any of the big chains, and definitely better value! My only warning would be that if you dislike a little burnt cheese (see image) this might not be for you. I think it's great :)

Phenomenal pizza! The pizza was hot and fresh, but the service from Heather really made the night special. She was attentive, speedy, and super friendly. We will be regular customers here!

First time at this pizza place and was not disappointed at all. The pizza is different than the pizza places we have in Pennsylvania. It has a very fluffy crust and they didn't skimp at all on the toppings (sorry about the missing piece. Grabbed one in the car to taste while fresh). The hoagies are phenomenal. The bread was soft, lettuce was crisp and green with no wilting at all. I would order one again and I'm not a hoagie kind of person. Most importantly Taylor and Marni were both so polite and friendly. They offered plates and included ketchup and salt for the fries without asking. Both of these young ladies had a friendly banter and came off as real people when we chatted. Highly recommend checking this out. The food is phenomenal and the service is even better and I can't even think of a word for that.

These two guys are unbelievable! Grayson and Dwayne bust their duff non-stop and run Channelo's like it's their family business. Our large group placed a dozen orders behind several others for pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. Everything was amazing. These guys are NOT paid enough. Bring cash for tips because the credit card EPOS does not offer a tip option (hope the owner reads this and corrects this).

Chanello's is BACK and in fine form! In the late 90s, I frequented Chanello's at the old location (next to the Teleflora florist, which has since been demolished and replaced by Dunkin Donuts). They'd toss the pizza dough in front of you after it sat on bake racks to rise. The combination of fresh dough and quality toppings was unmistakable. At some point in the early 2000s, ownership of the company traded hands and the quality declined. However, the quality of their pies has returned. I can't pinpoint the exact date as I was visiting from out of town. The dough was perfectly baked, fresh and expertly tossed. The cheese, sauce, and toppings were exactly as I remembered them. Their trademark ranch sauce was slightly different than it used to be but tasted the same. Word to the wise, stick with the basics. Chanello's always excelled at baking honest pies with simple ingredients.

We ordered pizza, wings, cookies, and brownies for our safety patrol. Everything was hot and delicious. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything and we appreciate the service. We’ll definitely order again next year when we come back.

Heather and Ellie are the Best! They are so nice and the food I ordered was beyond delicious! I will definitely be going there from now on to get my pepperoni and pineapple pizza! They deserve a raise because they are so polite and the place was very clean! Nice work ladies!

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ WINNER! Totally Yum Healthy Sub!!! I read through every review before ordering directly through their website and decided to order their Vegetable Sub Sandwich - Whoa! Phenomenal! Reminded me of a “Muffaletta” sandwich you’d find in New Orleans! It’s served warm on the crunchiest hero bread, the veggies (onions, olives 🫒, etc) sautéed in a tiny bit of butter. The cheese amount is perfect…just enough to help the vegetables stay together and not fall out if the bread. Wow, this was a surprise when ordering at 2AM! 🕑 Everything came in a timely manner. As a food writer, I say…TRY THIS MUFFALETTA-LIKE SANDWICH! PS the delivery driver was terrific, a big hulking guy with a huge smile! Go Team Chanello! PS No need to order through those food delivery apps, better to deal direct! Their website makes it easy!!! Late night delivery with a smile 😃 LOVED the warm crunchy bread they use! Grade: A+++
